MIFIDPRU 8 Disclosures

Under the 2006 Capital Requirements Directive ("CRD"), a revised regulatory framework was created across the European Union. This was implemented in the United Kingdom by the FCA (previously FSA) through the creation of the General Prudential sourcebook ("GENPRU"), and the Prudential sourcebook for Banks, Building Societies and Investment Firms ("BIPRU").

The GENPRU and BIPRU sourcebooks were superseded on 1 January 2022 by the Prudential sourcebook for MiFID Investment Firms ("MIFIDPRU").
